Marking History: Foundation Stone Laying Ceremony for the Bicentennial Building 🏛️ On January 29th, 2013, Mrs. Pushpa Basil Rajapaksha, attorney at law, graced the occasion with her presence, alongside Mr. Nimal Lanza, Mayor of Negombo Municipality. Their gesture symbolized the beginning of a new chapter as we laid the foundation stone for our alma mater’s bicentennial building.
